Our Mission
La Dolce Music Centre was founded by Natallie Ng, who has been teaching piano and violin across Singapore, Malaysia, and the UK for the past 8 years.
Having experienced the positive influence music had on her own life growing up, Natallie combined her passion for music with her love for children. Her aim is for La Dolce to not just provide musical education, but to foster and nurture positive habits in its students.
Our lessons are available for students of all ages and levels of learning. We cater to students taking ABRSM examinations as well as those who want to learn piano as a hobby.
We believe quality music education starts with good teachers. Our teachers have a minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Our fees are subject to the course and duration of your child’s lessons. Please contact us for our fees.
We hold lessons once a week per student, which adds up to 12 lessons per term (1 term = 3 months). We have designated dates for replacement lessons if necessary.
Teachers lead lessons, but their influence is limited to the time there. Parents play an important part in creating a conducive, musical environment for their child and guiding his/her learning.
Parents are welcome to sit in so they are aware of their child’s learning and progress. If parents choose not to sit in, our teachers will update them on their child’s progress after every lesson.
At the moment, we only provide piano lessons, but are looking to introduce other instruments in the future.
